Description

This fabulous rich dish is an all-time favourite of mine and perfect for a chilly night in. The lovely creaminess of the cheese sauce and the hint of spicy tomatoes makes for a memorable mouth-watering pasta explosion of awesomeness. I suggest pairing this with nothing short of a full-bodied white wine – go for a big Chardonnay or a waxy Semillon. A good mouthful of wooded wine is the only way to go with this dish.
